When you instruct us to act, Maxim Litigation Consultants collects and stores
information about you including but not limited to:

We refer to the above information as “Personal Information”.
Use, Disclosure and Destruction of Personal Information
Primarily we store and make use of your Personal Information for file management
and conflict checking purposes, but we may also use your Personal Information
for other purposes, upon your instructions.

In the event Maxim Litigation Consultants provides legal services to you,

Client Documents

client documents.
Client documents provided by you are usually returned to you at the conclusion
of your matter. In some limited circumstances, we may retain client
records or documents for a period longer than seven years.

Maxim Litigation Consultants’ website does not use ‘cookies’.
